Mandatory instructions for Documents
As required by Bermuda Customs:

Information to list on Invoice

  • Cost of goods
  • Type of goods for tariff purposes
  • The number of boxes and or pallets
  • The total number of pieces
  • The cost of freight if included in the price of the merchandise should be mentioned on the invoice.

 

To avoid delay in Customs Clearing:

Shipping Instructions

All the merchandise will go by sea freight as default.

Use your usual shipping company to ship to Copex or contact Copex  for collection of the goods.

Remember Shipping transit time

From Continental Europe is 4 to 5 weeks
